Excellent product. Works all the time

Bought this yoghurt maker because my mum had a similar product from the same manufacturer. Delivery was excellent. Unpacked product, washed the glasses and made first yogurt. IT WORKED. I have since made loads of batches and experimented a bit. I found this recipe works: 1 ltr skimmed milk, 60g dried skimmed milk powder, 100g natural probiotic yoghurt (used onken, yeo valley, etc). Mix in a plastic jug, pour into 7 glasses and it fills them nicely. I leave it from 10pm to 6 am (bed time) next day pop the glasses straight in the fridge. Each glass should have about 160g and 90 calories of thick joghurt. Excellent for diet control, eat with fruits (apples, water melon). Reduce milk powder for less thick yoghurt, but I find the thicker stuff tastes nice.

I bought this because I am on the Dukan diet and low fat yoghurt is a big part of it..Its easy to use, I just use 1 lt skimmed Milk, 60g Skimmed milk powder and 100g Probetic Yoghurt. whisk up and it fills exactly 7 jars supplied. From fridge it takes 9 hours to thick creamy Yoghurt which you can sweeten with Aspatme or if you are not dieting, mix in fruit, sugar etc..Saved me a fortune.. It tastes like the live yoghurt you use to start it off.Does exactly what it says.. Good product.

So simple to use and really good yoghurt. After trying a few different types of milk the yoghurts definitely turn out more creamy if you use UHT (which I was surprised at) or milk pasteurised at higher temperatures. I can't believe how simple it is, just mix the last jar of yoghurt with milk and leave overnight. very pleased with this buy!
